Refunds will be processed within 4–7 working days after the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check.
We offer a customer-friendly return and exchange policy:
•Returns can be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
•Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or defective package, kindly refuse delivery and return it to the courier. Immediately notify us at hidayahheven@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure a free replacement is shipped to you.
If you simply wish to return the product for any other reason, you must raise a return request through your account on our website.
•Log in or sign up using the same email ID used during the order.
•Use the Return/Exchange option to initiate the request.
•We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep.
Please note:
•Return requests will not be accepted via email, phone, or social media (e.g., Facebook/Instagram chat).
•Only one pickup attempt is made. If unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for self-shipping the item.
•If you ordered multiple products and return only part of the order, the refund will be adjusted based on applicable discounts on the retained items.
•If you raise a return request within the eligible time but fail to return the product promptly, no refund will be provided—only a store credit will be issued.
•Always collect a return receipt (physical or digital) from the courier during handover. In case of a lost shipment, this will be required as proof.
We may enhance our wallet and credit note system to make your future experiences more convenient and fair. Updates will be made with customer benefit as the priority.
Products not eligible for return/exchange include:
1.Items that show physical damage after delivery.
2.Products ordered with fall/pico or stitching services.
3.Customized or made-to-order items.
4.Return/exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery
